The Woman Behind the Wanderlust"
“I was never meant to fit—I was meant to bloom wildly, even in the Desert.” .
Hi, I am Verónica, the woman behind Tinctorella
A Nomadic Wanderer, finding home everywhere, unafraid to explore the unknown & untamed as a desert bloom.
Weaving a journey of Natural colors, beauty, and ecoprints with a cup of Mint orange tea and barefoot in the process.
"الوحدة بالنسبة للمرأة حرية تخيف الآخرين." "The Solitude of a woman is a freedom that frightens others."

FATEMA MERNISSI -MOROCCO-
“You do not travel if you are afraid of the unknown. You travel for the unknown, that reveals you with yourself.”

ALEXANDRA DAVID-NÉEL
“One can only really travel if one lets oneself go and takes what every place brings without trying to turn it into a copy of one’s home.”

FREYA STARK
“I am not a woman who is afraid of life. I see it as a grand adventure.

GERTRUDE BELL
“The traveller sees what he sees. The tourist sees what he has come to see.”

FREYA STARK
“A wanderer is a philosopher, a poet, a seeker who has found a thousand ways to learn that the world is not a place of boundaries.”

ALEXANDRA DAVID-NÉEL

About me

My name is Verónica —
I am a woman, a creator, a wanderer . . . a soul still learning to bloom, discovering a faraway warm land ... and falling in love with it.
In my longing for a simpler, gentler way of living — one that honors the earth rather than harms it — I fell in love with eco-printing & natural dyes, and from there, a quiet revolution began.
Leaf by leaf, I built a natural dye garden, where every color is an experience and time slows down like a natural meditation.

In this Garden, I practiced mindful gardening, sacred slowness, and the art of transforming plants into magical colors.

This blog is my DYWAN . . .
Which in past times was not only a gathering place, a collection of poetry, a corner where sensitive and rebellious souls wrote what they couldn't keep quiet.
But also a space for relaxation with cushions, mint tea and deep conversations, a kind of living room for the soul.
This Diwan, is my place to share, create and experience what Nature give us, hoping to inspire you to join this "Tinctorium Sisterhood".

The cushions are ready.
The orange scent lingers in the air.
And the mint tea is ready . . .

Welcome to my DYWAN ...
